Founded in 1976, the Agency specializes in action-triggering communication. In its earlier years, a result-driven approach focused primarily on conventional direct marketing and personalized mailings. In 1990 the Agency began to develop its own methods of analysis to study consumer buying processes. Since 1995 Dr. Marc Rutschmann AG has focused increasingly on integrated cross-media solutions and digital communication.
